Huai An performs casting, processing, assembly and testing of steam traps in our own factory. Every steam trap passes pressure resistance test and operation inspection before delivery, with production records established for traceability by batch number.
We accept custom steam trap orders based on size, pressure rating, flange specifications and materials, and can also manufacture according to drawings and working conditions.
Steam trap design, casting and assembly are completed at Huai An factory. We provide 1-3 year warranty, with repair parts supplied by the original factory.
We supply inverted bucket, ball float, thermostatic, thermodynamic and bimetallic steam traps, plus air vents, liquid drainers and vacuum breakers, selectable based on steam system conditions.
We provide steam trap selection, technical consultation and mechanical steam trap maintenance services. Warranty terms are specified in each order contract.
