Inverted Bucket
Classic and reliable steam trap design, featuring DSC patented anti-water hammer and check valve, renowned for energy saving and long service life. Available in cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, and forged steel materials.
Ball Float
Composed of thermostatic air vent, float, connecting rod, and valve seat. During operation, a water seal is maintained between the float and valve seat, preventing steam leakage. Strong back pressure resistance, suitable for condensate recovery systems.
Thermostatic
Adopts diaphragm thermostatic design, automatically opens and closes based on temperature difference between steam and condensate. Simple structure, compact size, suitable for light loads and tracing pipelines.
Thermodynamic
Disc type design, compact size, easy installation, suitable for extreme environments. Stainless steel disc and disc seat, strong water hammer resistance, widely used in petrochemical plants and power plants.
Bimetallic
Operates on the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of bimetallic strips, with a sturdy and durable structure. Suitable for high-pressure superheated steam environments, discharging subcooled condensate to recover maximum heat energy.
Air Trap
Designed specifically for compressed air systems, automatically removes condensate and oil from the system. All stainless steel material, can be installed horizontally or vertically, suitable for high-pressure environments.
Air Vent
Automatically removes air and non-condensable gases from the system, improving heat exchange efficiency. Can quickly discharge large amounts of air during startup, effectively preventing air lock phenomena.
Liquid Drainer
Used to discharge condensate and liquid from compressed air pipelines or process equipment. The left side is an air trap, the right side is a steam trap, both adopt float structure to automatically remove accumulated water from the system.
Vacuum Breaker
Automatically breaks vacuum when it occurs in the system, effectively preventing water hammer phenomena and equipment damage. Protects heat exchangers, steam pipelines, and other equipment for safe operation.
